If you had to guess how much the PAC spent on this campaign what would you think? I would be interested in knowing how many signs, stickers, banners and mailings they put out. I also am curious if they had to pay the church for the forum they put on and if they paid metro east for filming and broadcasting the CEA forum. I know there is a limit to when they have to report their finances, but my question is have they reached that limit? Are they breaking the law?

EXPENDITURES
” All expenditures made by a committee must be drawn from the campaign account and either issued on a check signed by the candidate or treasurer of the committee, or by any other individual designated as a signer on the account, or paid using a debit card or other form of electronic transmission. This does not prohibit a person from making an expenditure on behalf of the committee and receiving reimbursement from the campaign account. ”
– Currently I do not see any information on their PAC page/at the bottom where they are required to list contributions etc.
– I am not sure if, for example, a person who owns a business that might have handled the printing/design/signs/stickers/postcards etc., who maybe is supportive of the PAC, but is not a voting resident, maybe DONATED this work/costs to the PAC… would it be reported?
– If that were the case, it seems it would need to be considered an ‘in kind contribution’ and be listed online for the public? I am not sure.
– Regardless it seems the postage etc. for the multiple mailings would need to be reported eventually?
